• My name is Anna Garcia and I specialize in the Jacksonville, Richlands, Swansboro, Hubert, Sneads Ferry, and Topsail areas; providing you with superior service at all times. My local expertise and extensive real estate experience in Residential Real Estate, whether it is for investment purposes or personal property has ensured my clients have a successful experience.
  
  In 2006, I was a Multi-Million Dollar Top Producer. I received the prestigious “Honor Society” in 2006. In 2007, 2008, and 2009 I did over Five Million in sales, with an average market value of $150,000 per home. In 2009, I received Honors from Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Realty for four-to-five million Closed Sales Volume. I was the third producer out of the three Prudential John Koenig Realtor offices, receiving an award from the Jacksonville Board of Realtors from the “Circle of Winners." I have a 99% average of properties closing and a 95% of listings sold for the year 2009. In 2010 I was awarded Bronze and Circle of Winners for having over 9 million dollars in production.
  
  I am an Accredited Buyer’s Representative and also hold a staging certification. I continue professional development in order to provide superior and expeditious service to my clients. I joined the Coldwell Banker Sea Coast family to expand my business opportunities and formed a team to offer exceptional service to our clients; "The Anna Garcia Premier Team" in 2009. I have been through the Cartus referral training and certification and I have received new homes certification in 2010 & 2011.
  
  I am a Marine wife and a mother of four beautiful children ages 14, 13, 10, and 7; three boys and a girl. I have been married for over 14 years and lived in Onslow County for nine years. I enjoy outdoor activities with my family and home renovation projects. I volunteered with the Red Cross, the Habitat for Humanity, and was a Key Volunteer for many years. Balancing home life and a career is a challenge, yet rewarding experience. All of these experiences have helped me connect and understand the needs of my clients. I enjoy being a real estate agent.
