She has owned and operated several businesses since 1988 including her own law practice, a real estate development company, and a business consulting firm. As a real estate attorney, broker, and owner, Cecilia has negotiated and closed the purchase and sale of numerous homes, commercial properties, and businesses. This experience has given her first-hand knowledge of the challenges buyers and sellers face in any given transaction, and what it takes to make a deal work. With her proactive approach to marketing, and her understanding of the issues affecting real estate, Cecilia has an advantage in accurately evaluating properties and businesses and negotiating the best deals possible for her clients.
