  My Client-First Philosophy

  There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.

  That said, in my experience as a Hubert, Jacksonville, Richlands, Swansboro, North Topsail Beach, Topsail Beach and Surf City real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

  This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

  Hi, I'm Jenna! Originally from the Great Lakes state of Michigan, I have been a resident of beautiful North Carolina for 11 years now. I am a Member of the Jacksonville Board of REALTORS, Member of the Topsail Island Association of REALTORS, Member of the North Carolina Association of REALTORS and a Member of the National Association of REALTORS. I have loved being a full time resident on Topsail Island for the past seven years! There is nothing like coming over the top of the big bridge to remind anyone why it is so awesome to live here. The breathtaking ocean views and sunsets off the intercoastal makes everyone feel at home! While my background does not include real estate, I have always been involved in the service business. My family owned and operated their own business that was started by my great-grandfather in the late 1800's. Growing up in that environment positioned me well to start another business with a former colleague. With all of that experience under me, I now look forward to the pleasure of serving you and showing you how to enjoy your first home, second home or investment property here on Topsail Island and surrounding areas of Onslow and Pender County. In this day in age, getting what you pay for is so important to us all.
